A new apartment complex is coming to Destin.
Last week, ground was broken for Vintage Destin, a $58 million upscale apartment community on Palms Boulevard.
The 282-unit complex is expected to be complete in summer 2020 and will feature one, two and three-bedroom options and a variety of floor plans. According to a press release, the units will offer first-class amenities such as sun room- and balcony-units, a full-size washer and dryer, stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops.
“Vintage Destin continues our theme of elevated living,” said Tim Keach, CEO of TDK. “It offers a different look and different feel from anything else in the marketplace and it meets the desire of millennials and baby boomers for a modern, convenient, and comfortable lifestyle.”
TDK is a privately held, three-generation development and construction company headquartered in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, that builds and develops projects throughout the southeast and southwest.
Once complete, residents of Vintage Destin will have access to on-site amenities including direct access and free-standing garages, elevators, a pet park, a spa, a resort-style pool area, a rooftop deck with an indoor/outdoor bar and an indoor fitness center.
“Destin has a diverse and growing economy with a large number of people who want this ease of living, and Vintage Destin out does the rest of the market with the amenities we provide,” Keach said.
The complex will also feature a bike-share program and a clubhouse with a pool table, a Starbucks coffee bar, a wine bar and public and private resident meeting spaces.
Pre-leasing will begin in spring 2020.
